Context
Framboise Consulting is a consulting firm expert in the creation and development of franchises, created in 2015. The firm helps entrepreneurs transform their concept into a franchise network and develop their network throughout France, from feasibility audit to legal and operational modeling to franchisee recruitment and 360° support.
Despite recognized expertise (33 consultants, 300+ supported networks, Google note 4.9/5 out of 560 reviews), the old site did not reflect the professionalism of the firm or its real value. The confusing architecture, the absence of a structured CMS and the impossibility of managing content independently were hampering digital growth. Hakim Maacha (Acquisition Manager) and Virginie Mallie (General Manager) have therefore hired a complete redesign to modernize Framboise's digital presence.
The scope of the project covered the entire digital ecosystem: UX/UI redesign of the site, creation of a franchise encyclopedia (sheets manageable in CMS), structuring SEO/AEO to rank on “franchise consulting firm” and related queries, optimization to be cited by AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity), clean migration with 65 301 redirects to maintain historical SEO authority, harmonization of 33 consultant profiles with enriched biographies, creation of customer cases and complete CMS autonomy training.

Issues
The first challenge for our Webflow agency resided in the radical clarification of the positioning. The franchise consulting market is saturated with generic discourses (“tailor-made support”, “recognized expertise”). It was necessary to affirm a unique differentiation (the only network of consultants that is itself a franchisor) while remaining accessible and educational for non-legal entrepreneurs discovering franchising.
Second, the total absence of a structured CMS made it impossible to autonomous content management. Each update (new consultant, blog article, encyclopedia sheet) required the intervention of an external service provider, creating technical dependence and operational slowness. Building a Webflow CMS ecosystem allowing total autonomy (consultants, encyclopedia, blog, customer cases, FAQ) was crucial to free up the team and accelerate content production.

Thirdly, migration from WordPress to Webflow imposed a rigorous SEO strategy. The old site had significant SEO authority on strategic queries (2,187 clicks/16 months on “/”, 795 clicks on “/become-franchisor”, 341 clicks on “/create-a-franchise”). Losing that visibility would have been catastrophic. It was therefore necessary to map all the efficient URLs, create an exhaustive 301 redirections plan (65 redirects) and optimize the architecture of the new site to preserve and amplify the historical ranking.

Fourthly, Framboise aimed for visibility not only on Google, but also on AI response engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) What's at stake AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) required an AI citation-based content structure with direct answers to frequently asked questions, verifiable field expertise, sourced factual data, precise business vocabulary and an enriched schema.org format.
Objectives
Faced with these challenges, the project was structured around four strategic axes clearly defined.
The first objective was to radically modernise digital identity by creating a clear UX/UI mockup, professional and accessible, capable of immediately transmitting the firm's expertise while maintaining the human dimension that characterizes Framboise. This redesign should embody the codes of premium consulting without falling into corporate formalism.

Then, structure a Webflow CMS ecosystem offering total autonomy on the encyclopedia and the planned sheets, the consultant profiles (33 harmonized profiles), the customer cases (franchisor testimonies), the FAQ (42 questions spread over 6 locations) and the service pages. The central objective was to free Framboise from any technical dependency and to drastically accelerate the production of strategic content.

The third objective concerned the SEO and AEO with a clear ambition: to establish Framboise as a reference for highly competitive requests in the sector (“create a franchise”, “become a franchisor”, “franchise feasibility audit”, “concept modeling”, “concept modeling”, “franchisee recruitment”). The challenge went beyond simple Google ranking to aim for strategic presence in responses generated by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Finally, guarantee a flawless SEO migration with zero loss of historical visibility by mapping all high-performance URLs (69 URLs identified via Google Search Console), by creating an exhaustive 301 redirections plan (65 final redirections mapped), by testing each redirection before being put online and by documenting everything to ensure traceability and future maintenance.

The Webflow CMS has been architected to offer maximum autonomy on five strategic collections : Franchise encyclopedia with complete management titles, RichText content, categories, meta SEO, main images, authors. Consultant profiles (33 published profiles) with biographies (3 paragraphs minimum), quotations attributed to the consultant, individual meta SEO, LinkedIn URLs corrected. Customer cases (8 items created) with franchisor testimonials, brand logos, project descriptions. FAQ (42 questions spread over 6 locations) with strategic internal links (5 total links following the minimal linking philosophy). Framboise team (6 seat members) for the team homepage section.

Each CMS field has a educational description (help text) to make it easier to handle. A complete Webflow PDF user guide was delivered with Tella screencast videos for independent training (create encyclopedia sheet, modify consultant profile, manage FAQ).
Reusable Webflow components for design consistency
The Webflow structure was designed around reusable components guaranteeing visual coherence and technical maintainability: Team section with head office team photos, Services block with icons and descriptions, CTA component with action buttons, footer with legal links and social proof (Google 4.9/5, +560 reviews).

SEO and AEO strategy integrated in advance
The SEO/AEO strategy has been deployed with several complementary components. Full GSC audit analyzing the last 16 months of Google Search Console with the identification of 69 trafficked URLs. 301 redirects plan with 65 final redirections mapped, ready to configure in Webflow before go-live. Meta SEO optimized on 14 pages with social proof integration (4.9/5 Google +560 reviews) and strategic keywords. Minimal strategic internal linking according to the 2026 philosophy (contextual, restrained, avoid over-optimization).

The 33 consultant profiles have been harmonized according to a rigorous process : import existing data from the old site, enrichment biographies (transformation 1 paragraph → 3 paragraphs structured prose), standardized quotations attributed to the consultant (blockquote format), audit and correction LinkedIn URLs (format https://www.linkedin.com/in/ with trailing slash), individual meta SEO created by profile, Live publishing 26 profiles in two waves (16 then 13 updated).
Impact/Results
The new site immediately positions Framboise Consulting as a modern and credible digital player, at the level of leaders in the franchise consulting sector. The coherent visual identity reinforces the Premium perception and reassures a clientele of demanding entrepreneurs accustomed to the standards of established firms.
