How do you decide on the actions taken each month?

You submit your ideas through your client portal at any time during the month. We estimate them before the monthly meeting and come to it with the results from the past month. We recommend a prioritization, you make the final call, then you approve the selection in the portal.

How much does the support cost?

We offer three plans ranging from €1,500 to €4,900 per month. These differ based on monthly capacity and turnaround time. Media budgets, such as link purchases or software licenses, are billed separately.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No. The first month confirms the partnership, after which you can change your plan or cancel whenever you like.

What is the turnaround time for a request?

An urgent request, such as a bug or an issue on your live site, is handled within 2 to 4 business days depending on your plan. Other requests are estimated, selected together at the monthly meeting and delivered throughout the month. A larger project is scoped separately, with a schedule shared before we start.

Do you offer training on how to use Webflow?

Yes. We train your teams to manage content independently using the Webflow editor and CMS. This allows you to edit your pages, publish new articles, or update your visuals without relying on a developer.
