Context
Cuisiner en fête is a home catering business based in Porcheville, in the Yvelines department west of Paris. Patricia and Emmanuel have been cooking for weddings, birthdays and corporate events for more than nine years, across the Paris region and neighboring departments. Their cooking blends French, Spanish and Brazilian recipes. Their paella, cooked on site in a large pan in front of the guests, has become the house signature.
Scoping started from a questionnaire filled in by the founders. They wanted a website that highlights homemade cooking and shows detailed prices. They also wanted to feature their customer reviews and offer several ways to reach them, so that a Google search ends with a quote request.
This project sits outside our usual B2B focus. We ran it on a tight scope, in one to two weeks, from the Figma mockup to the launch on Webflow.
"We are very happy with our website. We find it really well done."
Challenges
The first challenge came from the trade itself. A caterer sells a meal for a set number of guests, on a given date and at a given address. Prices depend on the number of people, delivery starts at eight guests and on-site cooking at thirty. The website had to make these rules clear without turning the menu into a dull price grid.
The second challenge was local. Home catering customers look for a provider near them, with searches like "traiteur paella Yvelines" or "traiteur Porcheville". For these searches, Google first shows the local pack, fed by the business profile, then websites. The site had to strengthen this local presence and win over, within seconds, people coming from the map.
The third challenge concerned the founders. They wanted a simple website with little text, easy to read for their older customers, that reflects a family business. They also needed to change a dish or a price themselves as the seasons go by, without going through us.
Objectives
The project had to deliver three concrete results.
Present the full offer in a single visit
Within a few minutes, visitors should understand who Patricia and Emmanuel are, what they cook and for which occasions, with the menu and prices one click away.
Generate quote requests ready to be priced
Each request should arrive with the information a caterer needs to set a price, without back-and-forth on the phone. The phone number and WhatsApp stay visible for those who prefer to call.
Make the founders independent
The menu, prices, reviews and monthly specials had to be managed in the CMS, with a guide for each routine task.
Solutions
A warm design that reflects the house
The visual identity takes the red of the Cuisiner en fête aprons and pairs it with a cream background that recalls home cooking. The photos show the founders, their team and their dishes, with no stock images. Texts stay short, each heading clearly announces its section and the "Request a quote" button comes back at every step. This web design work was done in Figma before development, with particular care for reading on mobile.
A 138-dish menu managed in the CMS
The Menu page shows the full menu in twelve categories, from Spain to desserts, down to decoration and tableware rental. Each dish lists its ingredients and three prices per person, for 8 to 40, 41 to 80 and 81 to 300 guests. Visitors can estimate their budget before even requesting a quote.
Dishes live in a Webflow CMS collection. Patricia and Emmanuel add a dish or change a price without touching the layout. Customer reviews have their own collection, and the monthly specials section can be shown or hidden in one click.

A journey built around the quote request
The form asks the questions a caterer needs to price a meal. Visitors pick their event type from fourteen options, from weddings to team building, then enter the number of guests, the address, the date and lunch or dinner service. The phone number and a WhatsApp button stay at the top of every page. The FAQ answers the most frequent questions, from the area covered to the recommended booking lead time.
Local SEO in place from launch
The website was delivered with a complete local SEO foundation. Each page has its title and meta description. The home page declares the business in schema.org structured data, with its address, cuisines and reviews, and the Menu page marks up each dish with its price. The Contact page declares opening hours. This data helps Google understand the offer and connect it to the Cuisiner en fête business profile, and AI engines can read it in the same way.
Two guides for full independence
We delivered a site management guide and a CMS guide in PDF. They walk through everyday tasks step by step, such as changing a price, adding a review or publishing the monthly specials.
Impact / Results
The website is live at cuisinerenfete.fr. It presents the full offer, with the menu and its prices, on desktop and mobile.

First positions on local searches
We checked Google results on October 27, 2026, in non-personalized search. Cuisiner en fête ranks first in the local pack for "traiteur paella Yvelines" and "traiteur paella Mantes-la-Jolie". The website ranks first organically for "traiteur Porcheville". More competitive searches, such as "traiteur à domicile Yvelines", are still to be won.
Quote requests and independent founders
According to Patricia and Emmanuel, the website brings them many quote requests. They manage the menu, prices, reviews and specials on their own, and the layout stays stable because the CMS separates content from design.
