Context

Odoné is a law firm founded by Joanna Masson, former CNIL executive for 7 years, specialized exclusively in GDPR compliance, the IA Act and relationships with the CNIL. The objective was therefore to design a complete brand ecosystem capable of transforming recognized expertise into a premium and statutory presence.

Issues

Creating a brand identity for a law firm was not a simple design exercise. It was about embodying a clear, rigorous and reassuring posture, without giving in to institutional coldness or aggressive marketing. The objective: to transmit a Confidence signal from the very first seconds, by laying the foundations of a firm that combines rare regulatory expertise, human proximity and operational excellence.

The first challenge lay in the differentiation. The RGPD lawyer market is saturated with generic positions (“tailor-made support”, “turnkey compliance”). It was necessary to affirm a unique specialization (the experience of the regulator to anticipate risk) while remaining accessible and educational for non-legal clients.

Second, the total absence of branding required a coherent 360° creation : complete rebranding with new logo, graphic charter, professional corporate photography, video presentation (VSL), website and content. Each element had to be designed to reinforce the statutory credibility while humanizing the approach.

Thirdly, the firm aimed at a international clientele. So the site had to be perfect. bilingual (French/English) with a smooth browsing experience and impeccable translation quality to avoid any loss of credibility.

Objectives

The project was based on four strategic pillars. First of all, completely modernise the visual identity by creating a premium logo, a coherent graphic charter and professional visual supports (photography, video) that embody legal excellence, rigor and human proximity. This identity had to be available on all media (site, stationery, social networks, LinkedIn banners) to guarantee a memorable consistency.

Then, design a website that radically clarifies the offer by type of need (pre-litigation, litigation, simulations, controls, DPO transitions, strategic advice), transforming the user journey into an intuitive and reassuring funnel. Each section had to answer an implicit question: “Why choose Odoné over another firm?”

The third objective was to establish a solid SEO presence on strategic requests (RGPD Paris lawyer, CNIL litigation, IA Act compliance) while optimizing visibility AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity. The challenge was to become visible not only in Google results, but also in the responses generated by artificial intelligence.

Finally, ensure theeditorial autonomy from the office via a Structured Webflow CMS allowing the publication of legal articles, customer stories and GDPR resources without technical dependence.

Rebranding and visual identity

Anthony Le Henaff (Brand Designer & Video Maker) led the creation of the new Odoné logo, built around the Double “O” for a strong visual signature. The palette (Chatham blue, dark gradients, bright yellow accents) embodies rigor and modernity. Lora typography reinforces premium positioning. A complete graphic charter documents everything: logo variations, rules of use, stationery templates, LinkedIn banners, corporate visuals.

Audiovisual production

A day of photo and video shooting in the offices of Odoné (Paris 4th) and in front of the CNIL produced a 2-minute VSL presenting the firm's positioning, Joanna's expertise and client value. This video, embodied and authentic, humanizes the discourse from the homepage. The professional portraits of Joanna and Emma, the countertops and the ambient visuals reinforce the statutory credibility.


UX/UI and user journey

The homepage opens onto the VSL to create an immediate link. Les six offers (pre-litigation, litigation, CNIL procedures, control simulations, DPO transitions, advice) are structured by need, without jargon. An integrated testimonials section 10 complete customer reviews (names, positions, companies, logos). An educational FAQ reassures you about deadlines, fees and methodology.

Webflow development and autonomy

One Custom CMS manages legal articles, testimonies and authors without technical dependence. Calendly automates appointment scheduling 24/7. Les structured data (schema.org LegalService, Review, AggregateRating) optimize Google indexing and AI engines. The site is fully bilingual via the Webflow Localization add-on.

SEO and AEO

The content targets strategic requests: RGPD Paris lawyer, CNIL litigation, IA Act compliance, CNIL 2025 sanctions. Meta-titles, Hn tags, alt-texts, and rich structured data allow AI engines to understand and recommend Odoné in their responses. A first pilot article sets out good editorial practices (H2/H3, optimized structure).

Copywriting

Each section values Joanna's rare regulatory experience (7 years at the CNIL) as a unique differentiation. The common thread “The experience of the regulator to anticipate the risk and ensure your defense” Structure the whole discourse to convert without pressure.

Impact/Results

Odoné now benefits from a modernized brand image, aligned with its expertise and its real value. The complete rebranding (logo, charter, photo, video) creates immediate and memorable visual recognition. Visitors immediately perceive the professionalism, humanity and specialization of the firm. VSL and testimonies drastically strengthen the credibility, especially with decision-makers (DPOs, legal directors, CISO) for whom trust takes precedence.

The site experience is fluid and intuitive on all devices. The clarified offer structure reduces abandonment and directs everyone towards the appropriate path (pre-litigation, litigation, advice). Calendly automation frees up time for Counseling relationship and reduces administrative friction.

Positioned on strategic SEO queries and optimized for AI engines, Odoné increases its visibility among qualified researchers (companies under CNIL control, international groups subject to the IA Act, organizations seeking specialized litigation). The coherent ecosystem (branding, site, content, VSL) creates a memorable recognition and facilitates future multi-channel deployment (LinkedIn, newsletters, prescribers).
