Florence Planchenault had been practicing yoga, pilates and sophrology for over 20 years in Limetz-Villez but had no structured digital presence. All reservations went through WhatsApp, managed manually. Noqode orchestrated a 360° creation : complete branding, powerful Webflow site and coherent ecosystem strengthening its local visibility. Issues
The main challenge was to create a legitimate digital presence capable of promoting recognized but invisible expertise. Florence had 20 years of know-how and loyal customers but no digital vector to express it, territorialize it or amplify it. Starting from scratch imposed a double requirement: to build a strong visual identity that tells the story of one's universe (soft, natural, energizing) while establishing professional credibility (expertise, structure, reliability).
Second, the Manualized WhatsApp management represented an increasing burden and a brake on growth. Each reservation request generated back and forth, possible oversights, and a daily administrative burden. Automating this flow was crucial to liberate Florence and professionalize the customer journey.
Thirdly, without a site and without branding, Florence was completely invisible locally. Researchers typing “yoga Limetz-Villez” or “pilates Mantes-la-Jolie” never found it. Building a local SEO presence was essential to capture future local customers.
Objectives
The project was based on five strategic pillars. First of all, completely modernise the visual identity by remaining faithful to the natural and soothing universe of Florence, thus creating an emotional coherence between brand, site and content. Afterwards, radically clarify the offer structure by type of need (discovery, subscription, care by appointment), transforming the user journey into an intuitive and reassuring funnel.
The third objective was to automate bookings to reduce commercial friction and free Florence from manual management. Fourthly, Establishing local SEO dominance on relevant well-being and geographical requests, reinforcing local visibility. Finally, create a coherent brand ecosystem (branding, site, photo, video) capable of evolving and deploying on other channels (social networks, prescribers).

On the map strategic and creative, the team led a complete redesign of the visual identity with Anthony Le Henaff (Brand Designer). A soothing palette combining soft blues, aquatic greens and natural beiges has been developed, supported by a round and legible typeface evoking softness and stability. An original iconography inspired by yoga and movement (lotus, silhouettes, balance symbols) has been developed and systematized on all media (site, pictos, animations, micro-interactions).
