Context
Kapelan is revolutionizing the sourcing and prequalification of candidates thanks to artificial intelligence technology. However, its former site did not reflect its expertise or its positioning. The design lacked coherence and the added value of the solution was not immediately apparent to visitors.

Issues
The brand image needed to be repositioned to strengthen credibility and reflect Kapelan's ambition. The user journey was confusing, making it difficult to understand the concrete benefits of SaaS. Finally, the site did not sufficiently highlight the value proposition, which hampered conversion.
Objectives
The mission was clear: modernize Kapelan's image with a professional design, clarify the offer so that visitors understand the benefits of the product in a few seconds and optimize key paths in order to improve the conversion rate. The Webflow integration should also ensure complete autonomy for the marketing team in content management.
Solutions
We redesigned the architecture of the site around three distinct user paths, each valuing the specific benefits of the solution. The design system has been modernized, with a clear hierarchy, explanatory visuals and a results-oriented editorial tone. Key pages have been optimized for conversion thanks to visible CTAs, concrete demonstrations and an emphasis on added value. Finally, Webflow development made it possible to deliver a fast, responsive site that can be fully managed by the internal teams.
Impact/Results
The new Kapelan site clarifies the offer, enhances expertise and improves the readability of the solution. It reinforces brand credibility and creates a framework for increasing conversion rates. The team now has an efficient and completely autonomous marketing tool, capable of supporting the growth of SaaS.
