Cal.com is an open source online appointment booking tool, designed to automate call reservations, simplify availability management, and streamline the customer experience.
Cal.com allows you to easily manage online appointments, without friction or back-and-forth emails. Unlike more closed tools like Calendly, Cal.com relies on a open source architecture and highly customizable, which adapts to all use cases, including complex workflows.
It is an ideal tool for businesses that want to offer a smooth booking experience, whether for customer calls, demo sessions, consultations, or interviews.
We use Cal.com to directly integrate our booking link into our strategic appointment page, available here: noqode.fr/reserve-a-call
The tool allows us to offer slots to our visitors, to automatically synchronize our agendas and to create a smooth and professional experience, without plugins or technical overlays.
The interface allows you to configure one or more types of events (e.g.: 30-minute discovery call, 45-minute product demo...) by defining the duration, the available time slots, the reservation rules, or even the question forms.
Once the link is set up, it can be shared or embedded in embed on a website. The user chooses his time slot, fills in his information, and receives a automatic confirmation with video link if needed.
Cal.com synchronizes with the main calendars (Google, Microsoft, iCloud...), takes care of automatic email reminders, and even allows you to add a payment or validation step before confirmation.
